Membership
SAGA brings together companies working in Sudan’s agricultural chemicals sector to strengthen professional representation, support agricultural input quality, exchange knowledge and expertise, and encourage responsible practices that serve Sudanese agriculture.
How to apply for membership
1. Prepare your company information
Have your company’s legal name, commercial registration number, office address and contact details ready. It is also helpful to prepare information about business activities, product categories, relevant licences and the representative authorized to communicate with SAGA.
2. Complete the online application
Select “Apply for membership” on the website and complete these sections:
- Company details and registration.
- Authorized representative and contact information.
- Business activities, products and licences.
- Operations, quality and safety practices.
- Membership goals and areas of interest and participation.
Accurate, complete information helps SAGA understand your company’s activities and needs and makes application review easier.
3. Review and submit
Review your information, complete required fields and read the declarations before agreeing and submitting. After successful submission, retain your reference number for follow-up.
4. Review and additional requirements
SAGA reviews the application and contacts the authorized representative if clarification or supporting documents are needed. Make sure the email address and telephone number provided are correct.
5. Membership decision
The applicant is informed of the review outcome and any approved requirements or fees needed to complete admission. Submitting an online application does not automatically grant membership; acceptance is subject to SAGA’s approved criteria and procedures.
